Cancellation & Refund Policy

Unlike most transport brokers, Total Care Trans does not require a deposit to begin work on your transport service. We only require a deposit after successfully scheduling your vehicle to meet your transport needs.

We understand plans can change with a last minute purchase or relocation.

Our goal is to always be flexible and do all we can to work with you. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled pick up may incur a fee from your contracted carrier. Total Care Trans will pay this as long as we eventually move your vehicle. You’ll be required to keep the agreed upon deposit in place to apply to your next delivery contract.

If you require a full cancellation within 24 hours, and we’ve fulfilled the agreed upon work, met our obligations and satisfied you’re time-frame, our policy must be no deposit refund. In the event of special circumstances we will always be fair and do everything we can to come to a satisfactory solution for all parties. Please simply bring it to our attention as soon as possible and we will work it out with you.
